Return & Cancellation

          Inaaz.biz accepts returns in following conditions -


  • Faulty or Damaged product is shipped or delivered to customer. Normally, we refund full amount.
  • The customer must  check immediately the product after delivery and report by attaching 30 seconds video and 3-6 pictures of showing damages if any damage or faulty products has been received by customer , within 1- 8 working hours of receiving a damaged product to out support help desk e-mail id support@inaaz.biz or mash.hussain@gmail.com and whatsup +917829378824
  •  After acceptance and usage , it is customer's responsibility to do fair use of product and keep safe.
  • The warrantee and guarantee will be passed to customer from seller end and manufacturer  service agreement. Customer will contact seller or  manufacturer service office to get the prompt service for the AMC  period free of cost if it is covered  under AMC.
  • Inaaz will protect all its customers from fraud selling and identify such  bad sellers or suppliers , ban them , de-register them from Inaaz site and will  never allow such products to be sold by such fraud seller. Under   consumer act , customer can demand their consumer rights any day. 
  • Customer can read return & refund policy. Refund is allowed on faulty or damaged product on receipt of such item. Seller will provide replacement if agreed or refund upto 100 % of full amount after deducting shipping charges and duty tax if any.
  • Perishable or food items cannot be returned or refunded because their life is very short.  There is no such products sold at inaaz.biz.
  • If material is not yet shipped from sourcing location or warehouse  by seller, the cancellation of order can be accepted by Inaaz admin. Once shipping movement started, there is no cancellation possible.
  • If your return or refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit or debit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
  • From 01 Jan 2020 onwards, refund is 100 % , no return is required to be done by customer if product is proven to be faulty by sending 30 seconds video and 3 - 6 photographs of damaged product's submission.
